St. Pete Service Center
The St. Pete Service Center staff act as liaisons between residents and City departments and help by serving as the go-between for citizens who need service and those City services. They manage SeeClickFix and its portal interface to centralize requests and forward newly submitted issues to the appropriate City teams to address the requests. Depending on the type of request, the resolution time can vary widely.

The St. Pete Service Center uses SeeClickFix - a report and tracking tool - to communicate issues to City service departments. After an issue is submitted, the team will assign issues to the appropriate department or service, track response time, and evaluate repeating repairs as a tracking tool.
